Yes. Every plan includes a free 7-day trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. If you decide Local Line isn’t for you, you won’t be charged a thing.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

Premium adds subscriptions, barcode scanning, store credit, 5 price lists, and 10 vendors — it’s the most popular choice for multi-channel farms and CSAs. Ultimate is for food hubs and large operations with 10 price lists, 50 vendors, and the lowest payment processing rates.
Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Core drops to ~$79/mo ($950/yr), Premium to ~$160/mo ($1,920/yr), and Ultimate to ~$319/mo ($3,830/yr). All annual plans are billed upfront.
Online credit card rates are 2.9% + $0.30 on Core, 2.7% + $0.30 on Premium, and 2.5% + $0.30 on Ultimate. ACH bank transfers are 1% across all plans. Vendor payouts are 0.5% per payout on all plans. These are the only per-transaction costs — no commissions on top.
