The first step in our strategy is the Abandoned cart email. This email is automatically sent out two hours after a customer leaves items in their cart without completing the purchase. With timely reminders, you can nudge customers back to your site while their interest is still fresh. It’s a simple yet powerful way to recover potential sales and keep your customers engaged.

How to turn on abandoned cart email

Turning on automated emails is easy! 

  1. Head to your Storefront and click Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Automated Email Notifications
  3. Toggle on Abandoned cart email.

2. Fulfillment cutoff date notice email

Our second new automated email is the fulfillment cutoff date notice email. This email is sent 24 hours before the order cutoff for your customers' selected fulfillment method. Whether they plan to pick up their order or have it delivered, this reminder ensures they don’t miss out due to a forgotten deadline. By providing this gentle nudge, you not only help customers complete their purchases on time but also enhance their overall shopping experience.

How to turn on the fulfillment cutoff email

Turning on these automated emails is easy! 

  1. Head to your Storefront and click Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Automated Email Notifications
  3. Toggle on Fulfillment cutoff date notice.
