Located in the heart of New Hampshire, Monadnock Food Co-op is dedicated to supporting its local food economy. With a sourcing radius of 110 miles, the co-op’s produce department partners with 10 to 15 local suppliers throughout the year to bring fresh, high-quality products to their customers. However, managing multiple vendors and ensuring smooth communication was a growing challenge—until they found Local Line.

Now, instead of juggling multiple channels, the team can place and adjust orders in real time while out on the sales floor using a tablet, rather than having to run back and forth to a desktop computer.
“Having many farmers on one platform saves time and effort. I can now order directly from a tablet while working on the floor,” Samantha explains.

Every year, Monadnock hosts meetings with their farmers to review past sales, discuss new opportunities, and plan for the upcoming season. “Our suppliers have been pleased with the platform,” says the team. “It makes the entire process smoother for everyone involved.”
